Yes, this is the second year when I spend most of May on cross-stitch. It was a great pleasure for me to come back. Why in May? You know, my American friends, they can make such „fireworks” out of any very prosaic things or activities that it is impossible to pass by indifferently. And I like such a smiling and optimistic approach to life, so I willingly join many American „actions”. But as they say a little bit of tar is always dripping because of course it can’t be „as beautiful as I would like it to be. So for a week now I have been wearing a spine collar. I feel like walking on the deck of a ship that is fighting a storm. Oh, the feeling is not particularly interesting, especially that I personally have problems „with swimming” in various „water vehicles”. In a word, dizziness and nausea is not what one could like. I’m looking forward to the day when it goes away and as much as I can do for this moment. Humility at every step of my life. But I didn’t want to, but I wrote about „stupidity”;)

But I will come back to the basic topic of „May crosses”. This year I decided to sew someone else’s patterns. The ones you see below come from the English magazines that I bought after the last fair in B-ham. In addition to them, I take part in the game of embroidering a mysterious picture from Kimberly from FQS. I embroider a sea picture, you know: anchor, lighthouse and stuff – I don’t know for sure yet, because it’s a secret. Every week I get a piece of the pattern by e-mail. I do not show because I wanted to use the colors of the mouline, which is in the description, but unfortunately there was no gray floss in my favorite haberdashery, so I’m waiting to start.
