Now it’s time for another finished UFO. You can’t even imagine how happy I am about it. The original design was to use a solid in a warm color, very similar to the beige in the meadow print. I took a fabric from a 2016 project called 365 – I’ll write about it sometime. Unfortunately, it is not worth starting new things and, first of all, cutting fabrics when the day is very short. After a few hours, when I saw complete the top, I almost cried. I saw a sad, „dirty” (in colors, of course) top . All because of a badly matched beige. But as I think every top deserves another chance, it’s time to finish it. I have to admit that the time in lockup was a good time for this top hahaha. Of course, in the eyes of my imagination, I can see that it would look much better with this warm beige, but that’s not bad either.

As you can see – there are no bad decisions in patchwork – there may only be a wrong time to finish, so you’d better wait and enjoy the cool finished thing.
