Hello! Yes, you can already see the photo on my Facebook profile. The first quilt from the Sew Along 2021 „Town Square” series is definitely finished! I am very happy because the others are waiting in line for quilting and biding. The quilt on this block is sewn quickly. 12 blocks can be sewn literally in one day off from other activities.. You can also use fabrics with a large pattern as the center squares. . If you would like to use my free pattern link is HERE. There is also a tutorial in this post on how to sew such a block. This tutorial is especially for people who would like to sew patchwork for the first time. Below are some photos of quilting and trimming. I sew the binding by machine, because the quilt is supposed to be functional, i.e. it is washed quite often. I used a lovely and very cuddly flannel for back of this quilt.
